By purchasing a ticket or attending an event produced by Irvin Mayfield Productions, you agree to the following terms.

1. TICKET SALES & REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds or exchanges for purchased tickets, except in the specific instance of a full event cancellation.

  • Artist Substitution: Talent lineups are subject to change. The non-appearance of a specific supporting artist or guest musician is not grounds for a refund.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations due to "Force Majeure" events, including but not limited to hurricanes, severe weather, government regulations, or public health emergencies.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. You waive any claims for personal injury or death against Irvin Mayfield Productions, the venue, management, and performers.

Warning: Events may contain loud music and bright lighting. Attendees with hearing sensitivity or photosensitivity should take necessary precautions.

3. CODE OF CONDUCT

We are dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with venue rules. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

4. AGE RESTRICTIONS

Please check the specific event details for age restrictions. While Mayfield's 208 aims to be an all-ages music dining experience, specific late-night events or events at Blue Nile may be 21+. It is your responsibility to verify age requirements before purchasing.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and audio clips, is the property of Irvin Mayfield Productions and protected by international copyright laws.
