We utilize Showpass as our primary ticketing platform. When you purchase tickets, your financial and personal information is processed directly by Showpass in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. We may receive contact information (name, email) from Showpass to facilitate event entry and communicate regarding the event.
3. MEDIA CONSENT & CROWD RELEASE
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR EVENT ATTENDEES:
By entering our event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Irvin Mayfield Productions and its affiliates and representatives.
You release Irvin Mayfield Productions, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.
